Experienced in environmental aspects of urban infrastructure projects, conducting environmental and habitat risks assessments especially for renewable energy projects.
After 9 years of experience working with Government and private sector, I started freelancing as an environmental consultant from Sept 2018.
In the field of conservation, I believe each one has a role, that may either be activism, advocacy, research and consulting. My work would fall neatly under research, consulting and knowledge generation for advocacy.
I have delivered projects like Environmental Social Impact Assessments for Wind Farms, Ports and urban infrastructure, Biodiversity assessments for real estate, renewables and forest management. With an interest in open source technologies and mapping, I also help organisations transition from proprietary to open source GIS software.
